All dogs must have an application on file to attend daycare.
All dogs must be spayed or neutered.
All dogs must have current vaccination records including Bordetella.
All dogs must have a mandatory monthly scheduled prevention for fleas/ticks/lice (applied by licensed veterinarian).  
    **If dog has been out of Alaska within the last month.
